Our next walk is a very easy going walk of 4.5 miles, over undulating countryside. Boots are recommended as although it was dry when we walked it, there could be the odd muddy patch if it gets wet and the grass is quite long in places.

As we discussed at the last walk with Martin we have altered the day to a Thursday to give Peter and others a chance to join us.
The pub will be open at 10am for coffees/teas and to pre order lunch.

For those coming from Derbyshire the best route may be the A6 and then left onto the A563 and left again onto the A47, you then turn left after Houghton on the Hill towards Tilton, it is then a right turn into the village centre and the pub is on your right.

From Nottingham it may be best along the A606 to Melton and then take the B6047 straight into Tilton and the pub will be on your left.
No doubt these directions are superfluous as you will all use your sat navs!
