START POINT: The Wheatsheaf Hotel, Nether End, Baslow, Derbyshire DE45 1SR   Tel: 01246 582240

DIRECTIONS TO THE WHEATSHEAF HOTEL, BASLOW: 
The Wheatsheaf Hotel is on the right hand side of the A619 from Chesterfield just as you enter Baslow.  There is plenty of parking at the hotel (we’ve been asked to use the top car park).

WALK:  The walk is just over 4 miles. Starting from the Wheatsheaf we will follow the River Derwent to Chatsworth House (Loo stop at the House!!)  and return via the woodland and a visit to the Hunting Tower. Photos»
